Position: Maintenance Technician– Logoplaste Edmonton (CA)
Reporting to: Plant Manager
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining site-specific equipment (Extrusion, Injection or Blow Molding). This is full-time position that requires an individual that is self-motivated, willing to learn, and has a great attitude. Logoplaste Edmonton is a 24/7 manufacturing operation with a total of 42 employees.
Hours of Work:
Hours of work will be twelve (12) hours per day, four (4) days per rotation, in accordance with the following schedule: 7am to 7pm (for two (2) days) and 7pm to 7am (for two (2) nights) followed by four (4) days off.

The Material Handler is responsible for the movement of any goods. This is full-time position that requires an individual that is self-motivated, willing to learn, and has a great attitude. Logoplaste Edmonton is a 24/7 manufacturing operation with a total of 42 employees.
Hours of Work:
Hours will be 40 hours per week, 4 x 10-hour shifts based in Edmonton. Occasionally work maybe required outside of “normal” work hours. The function requires shop floor, warehouse and yard work environments. Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 7AM–5PM.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Quality Technician will provide focused, hands on quality support and expertise for all plant related quality issues.
Key Tasks &Activities...
- Maintain all quality control procedures and policies
- Provide hands on quality support and guidance to all staff
- Ensure product meets customer specifications and expectations
- Complete quality checks and supply quality support to all levels of the business
- Assist in processing data for SAP and reporting monthly KPI information
- Assist with maintaining the Integrated Management System
- Statistically analyze quality data/results to facilitate problem solving
- Create customer COA’s
- Investigate and assist in determining the root cause and corrective actions for customer complaints
- Close out actions from internal and external audits
- Conduct training if needed
- Organize trials for new products
- Support and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant
- Coordinate and participate in rework activity
- Manage raw material COA’s

Background & Experience
-Should be able to demonstrate strong experience in quality assurance and process improvement

Technical Skills
- Preferred Food Safety Certification (ISO 22000, ISO 22000-4, FSSC)

Compétences et qualifications
· Expérience antérieure en manufacture en maintenance avec une expérience en électricien/mécanicien mécanique
· Connaissance des automates programmables (API) sur la logique à échelle et les équipements de contrôle
· Doit posséder de solides connaissances mécaniques et une expérience en maintenance de machines de production
· Doit être capable de démontrer une bonne approche pratique et pratique
· Capacité prouvée à bien travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapide et actif
· Doit être capable de démontrer de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
· Une bonne connaissance pratique de la législation pertinente, y compris la santé et la sécurité, l'électricité au travail, etc

· Offrir un soutien pratique et des conseils de qualité à tout le personnel
· Assurez-vous que le produit répond aux spécifications et attentes des clients
